Dr. Antonio (Tony) Campbell

Dr. Antonio (Tony) Campbell is thrilled to continue his service to our country and its Veterans in his role as Program Specialist for Saratoga WarHorse.  Tony served twice in the US Army as an enlisted soldier in the 1980s (Frankfurt, Germany and Ft. Carson, CO) and as a Chaplain in the Maryland Army National Guard.

Dr. Campbell’s research entitled “Every Life Matters to God” has been downloaded on five continents, 36 countries and 19 institutions including the Navy Network Information Center, the DoD Network Information Center, the National Health Service, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Homeland Security.   Tony presented his research at the 2017 US Department of Defense (DoD)/US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Suicide Prevention Conference in Denver, Colorado hosted by the Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO).

In the educational arena, Tony is a lecturer of Political Science at Towson University and the author of two books, America Today (2015) and A More Perfect Union (2016).  Tony enjoys reading, playing poker, and listening to big band jazz.

Tony resides in Towson, MD with his daughter Amelia Christine, a 2-year-old puppy named Findley, and a family of deer who always finds their way into the backyard every morning.
