Pamela J. Fall, M.D.

Board Member: Secretary

Pam Fall spent her career as a Nephrologist and Educator at Augusta University before retiring as the Director of Student Education for the Department of Medicine and Professor Emerita in 2019. She grew up in southern California where she received her undergraduate degree at UCLA before moving to Missouri and obtaining her MD degree from St. Louis University. She completed her postgraduate training in Nashville, TN and then moved to Georgia in 1994 with her husband. There she spent her career at Augusta University in the Department of Medicine, Division of Nephrology, Hypertension, and Transplant Medicine, focusing on patient care and educating all levels of trainees. 

Pam currently lives on a small farm in Aiken, SC with her husband of 30 years. They own 2 horses and numerous other animals. She has also been an active member of the Women in Philanthropy group in the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA), and has served on their Grants Committee for 12 years. This is how she became acquainted with Saratoga WarHorse. As a horse-lover and a medical professional who has seen people suffer from PTS, she knew that this was an organization she could wholeheartedly support. She joined Saratoga WarHorse’s Board of Directors in 2020.
